Upon the completion of an in-depth intake form, we will have a phone call to discuss your goals and map out how to most effectively achieve them.We’ll talk about your exercise and diet history, current habits, injuries and food allergies, biggest struggles, and more to craft a plan tailored to you!

After assessment, you will receive a customized training and/or nutrition plan that best suits you and your lifestyle. At KenzieFitCo, I value sustainable health. Every program utilizes a flexible nutrition approach and emphasizes training recovery to ensure that you pursue health in a way that allows you to enjoy life too. Sustainability is always key. Each nutrition program discusses macronutrients and calorie targets, meal timing, appropriate supplementation, meal planning, and good nutrition habits. Each training program includes customized workout guides and appropriate how-to’s for each exercise.

Accountability

At week’s end, you will complete a weekly check-in with me sent over email. Each check-in will discuss nutrition and/or training compliance, sleep and recovery, successes, failures, frustrations, questions, and numerical changes in weight and measurements (if applicable to your goals). Outside of weekly check-ins, you have unlimited access to me for support and questions throughout the week via email. I’m here to help you succeed!
