For the past 6 years of my life, I've spent much of my time researching and learning how to live a healthier lifestyle. I've tried different diets, done different workouts plans, tested tips and tricks, read articles and books, and received my personal training certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the most recognized organization for personal training certifications.
As a college student with food sensitivities, I can provide all sorts of options that fit your needs. I grocery shop on a very tight budget, cook in a dorm room, and eat in a cafeteria. I'm gluten and soy sensitive, and have no problem adapting meals to meet my needs. I have a busy schedule with classes and multiple jobs, but I can create workouts that maximize your time.
